What this is

The Circle is a space for people who are actually building — not talking about it, not planning to, not waiting for the right moment. It exists because most builder communities reward performative hustle over genuine, unglamorous work.

How it works

Application-based. Character-filtered. No vanity metrics. No flex culture. You apply, describe what you're building and who you are, and either you're let in or you're not.

The Circle is independent of any product. Owning an Outlyr garment gives you access to apply — but admission is based on who you are, not what you own.

Who it's for

Builders in the boring middle. People who have started something real and are doing the unglamorous work of making it exist. If you're looking for motivation content and accountability hacks, this isn't it.
